  • Represented Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Co. before the Supreme Court of India in a US$ 114 million public tender dispute.
  • Appeared in the Supreme Court of India in a matter relating to interpretation of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 in the reported case of State of Orissa v. Gokulnanda Jena.
  • Handled US$ 21 million arbitration appeal arising from ICC award in the High Court and Supreme Court of India for a Korean multinational company in a captive power plant project within an oil refinery.
  • Represented a leading Indian pharmaceutical company in an environmental pollution matter before the High Court of Shimla.
  • Represented Leipa GmbH, Germany in an arbitration proceeding before the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA).
  • Represented Saudi Industrial Co. in an ad hoc arbitration proceeding before a retired Judge of the Supreme Court of India.
  • Drafting of contracts for Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Co. in relation to US$ 140 million road project.
  • Handled several arbitrations on dispute arising from construction of earth dams for irrigation projects against the State of Orissa.
